I've always loved and admired the art form that is animation. So I made a career out of it.
I attended Pratt Institute in New York City where I got a BFA in film and animation. At Pratt, I focused my studies on stop motion animation and 2D digital animation.
So far, my career has encompassed making puppets and props for commercials, designing backgrounds and animation for preschool series, teaching stop motion animation, producing interactive corporate training videos, and creating content for social media.
I also love indie animation and film festivals. I attend several festivals a year, and I'm a board member of ASIFA-East, helping to plan its annual animation festival.
I always find time to make my own animation. Between 2013 and 2018, I produced a stop motion animated web series called Doctor Puppet. In 2019, I made a film called Sum of its Parts, which is currently making the festival rounds.
